A book looking at various memory techniques that have been used throughout the ages (for what appears to be quite visual learners). The book also aims, through practical examples, to help develop memory techniques for the reader.
Although all the techniques appear useful, some of the techniques apply more to space than others. In particular memory palaces that use physical locations to recollect information. Kelly says “A memory palace is a visualisation of a trail of physical locations that are easy to remember in order.”
